Dr Schneider is so amazing ! My breast reduction went exceptionally well and I couldn’t be happier. My confidence is through the roof and I am no longer in pain. Look no further book now !!! You will not be sorry!
Dr Schneider transformed my breasts from a heavy burden to perky hand-fulls. For the past few years, everyday I looked at my oversized boobs - lifted and squeezed them imagining a size that felt more like they belonged on my body. Long story short I had the surgery 3 months ago and I’m beyond satisfied. Dr. Schneider reduced them to be perfectly symmetrical and as they continue to heal, the scarring is much less noticeable than I feared. Thank you Dr. Schneider for listening to all of my concerns and fears. You told me right before I went in for the surgery that you love what you do and it truly shows! Special shout out to the team at the Manhattan office. They are incredibly warm and professional; attentive and thorough. The care I’ve received from day one has been impeccable!
I began talking to Dr.Schneider when i was 16 to start the process. She was so nice and communicative. When i turned 18 we set up my surgery date for feb 5. I am one day post op and I am so happy. I feel more confident in myself. Dr.Schneider made me feel so safe and comfortable during the procedure and explained everything throughly.
Dr. Schneider did an amazing job, exceeding my expectations! I'm so happy with the end result and post-op experience. I saw an immediate improvement in my physical and mental quality of life, including reduced pain. Couldn't recommend her more! Updated on 25 Mar 2025: I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lisa Schneider and her team! I recently underwent a breast reduction and my case was particularly unique. From the very first consultation Dr. Schneider made me feel confident and at ease, explaining the procedure and setting realistic expectations. The surgery itself felt seamless and the attention to detail and precision in her work was truly remarkable! Recovery has been very smooth, thanks to the team's thorough post-op care and guidance. If you're considering a breast reduction, look no further. Dr. Schneider is an expert in her field!
Dr. Schneider is the best!! She goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are happy and satisfied with their results. I am over the moon and can’t thank Dr. Schneider enough for taking amazing care of me. 10 out of 10!! She’s is a rockstar and I am so happy I went with her for my surgery.
All my life I’ve struggled with huge breast. At the age of 13 I had a DD then at the age of 18 I was G. I’ve struggled to do activities, struggles to sit, stand straight and it affected me mentally. Dr. Lisa Schneider saved my life, she had not only done beautiful work on my breast, but had given me a new start to life happier and healthier. I was once a G now down to a D and it fits my body soooo beautifully. Her staff have been with me along the way and I cannot express how grateful I am for them as well. She took care of me in the operating room, holding my hand because she saw how scared I was. I never was treated like that during surgery which helped me relax and trust that all will be well. She’s the best surgeon I’ve ever met and changes lives on a daily basis. If you’re looking for a surgeon for a breast reduction or augmentation she’s your girl! Never disappoints and always reassured and cares for her patients.
Dr. Schneider is truly wonderful! From the original consultation call to surgery and now post op she has been amazing. The team at Rowe Plastic Surgery is incredible and they were so helpful every step of the way. Getting a breast reduction is obviously a huge decision and nerve wracking - but this team truly made me feel at ease throughout the process. My results are better than I could have imagined and I am so happy I made this choice to work with Lisa and the team. 6 months since my surgery and I couldn't be happier.
For years I have been wanting a breast reduction/lift and was scared to do it because I was afraid of the downtime and healing. My child was an infant at the time I seriously was considering it. I went to several consultations over the years and they made the process daunting with going to PT, them not wanting to deal with insurance, etc. I gave up, until I saw the billboard ad for this practice. From the moment I had my consultation with Dr. Schneider, and spoke with the staff, I knew this was where I was going to have my surgery. They made the process effortless and handled everything for me. Dr. Schneider is kind, very gentle, and loves questions! I never felt rush and I never felt that any question I asked seemed silly. If you are on the fence about doing a breast reduction and/or lift, just do it. The only real downtime is when you getting the procedure done. Other than that, for me, after a week, I was feeling like myself again. I took it easy because naturally, your body has to heal. But there truly is very minimal downtime overall. I did not experience any pain and my scars are healing beautifully. Just keep up with the suggestions and do research and you are good to go! I went from a 30GG to 30DD! At my last visit, I told Dr. Schneider that my biggest regret was not doing this procedure sooner, but then I realize, it took so long because I needed to find her and her team. I will recommend Dr. Schneider to anyone that will listen. ***Disclaimer*** I will be copying this review to all other platforms, so please don't think it is a fake review if you see it again. :)
Dr. Lisa F. Schneider, my PA Besima, Dr. Niles, Lily and the rest and the staff at Rowe Plastic Surgeons were absolutley wonderful particularly since I was a bit fearful of the whole thing. Dr. Schneider took the time to really understand what my goals were and her skills are excellent. Dr. Niles was very reassuring. It was all worth it.
The entire team at Rowe Plastic Surgery is incredibly kind and patient, and they consistently check in and follow up with you to make sure that the prep and surgery after care is going smoothly. Dr. Schneider is thoroughly knowledgeable and she made me feel completely calm and confident going into my breast reduction. I'm so happy that I got my breast reduction done with Dr. Schneider; I feel so much more comfortable, my neck and back pain has almost completely resolved, and I barely have any scarring. I could not recommend Dr. Schneider and the team at Rowe Plastic Surgery enough!
Good morning, Given that you have persistent swelling after your reconstruction, I would recommend you be evaluated in person by a plastic surgeon. I do have patients who are unhappy to have a reconstruction with implants under the muscle who are able to change that to a different kind of reconstruction. Some options include moving the implants above the muscle or switching to a different kind of reconstruction like a DIEP flap which uses your abdominal tissue to make a new breast. I hope this helps! Take care, Dr. Schneider
Good morning, Breast reconstruction should always be creative since we have so many options available. We are able to take tissue from your abdomen, back or other areas of your body to create a natural, soft breast. A newer development is being able to attach the nerve from that tissue to the nerve in your chest to return sensation to your breast after mastectomy surgery. I hope this helps! Take care, Dr. Schneider
Good morning! A DIEP flap procedure involves moving the skin and fat from the stomach and using that to create new breasts. It will not result in weight loss because the tissue is being saved - moved to create new breasts. However, your body will look as though you had an abdominoplasty or tummy tuck. I hope this helps! Dr. Schneider
Good morning! This is not a typical experience! I think it would definitely be reasonable to consider changing to a smaller breast implant for reconstruction or even a totally different technique like using your body’s own tissue instead of a breast implant. I would be happy to discuss this more in person or virtually - please feel free to reach out at roweplasticsurgery.com or 212-628-7300. Take care and stay well, Dr. Lisa
Good morning! It is a difficult to answer this question completely for you because the photo is a bit dark but I will give you two different approaches I would discuss with you if you came to my office. One approach would be to stick with an implant reconstruction but revise it. That would involve removing one (perhaps on the radiated side) or both implants and then revising the implant pocket to try to make them more even. Another approach would be to change to an autologous (your body’s own tissue) reconstruction. We can use the fat and skin from your belly (the same tissue we would throw away in a tummy tuck) and use that to make one or two new breasts. The breasts would feel more soft and natural than implants, plus we could potentially get rid of any radiated or damaged skin at the same time. Please feel free to reach out to me if you would like to discuss this further as a virtual consult - 212-628-7300. Take care and have a great day, Dr S
