I need a breast reduction to the smallest size possible, because I want to become a model. I’m 118lbs and 5’3 My breasts are really long. Almost near to my navel, I have no kids as yet, I feel discomfort in my back, shoulders & neck everyday. I hate wearing bra, it feels uncomfortable. I want to know if I could reduce my breasts to a size A or B

The cup size measure has inherent variability. Tissue density will always play a big role in the number of grams removed. Going too small can sacrifice the shape of the breasts. The nipple has to have a blood supply to survive from the underlying tissue. Consult with a board certified PS through email or Skype to provide photos showing the size and ptosis of your breasts currently. You will likely be able to drop from a C to an A.
