I need a breast reduction to the smallest size possible, because I want to become a model. I’m 118lbs and 5’3 My breasts are really long. Almost near to my navel, I have no kids as yet, I feel discomfort in my back, shoulders & neck everyday. I hate wearing bra, it feels uncomfortable. I want to know if I could reduce my breasts to a size A or B
