I have been considering Botox in my frownlines for several years and have finally booked in with an experience doctor. I have never had Botox before and am concerned about the side affects especially with it potentially being injected in my face, near my eyes. What are the potential side affects to look out for? I have tried to find a percentage of people being allergic in the uk and Scotland but can’t find anything. I get the treatment in 2 days and although I’m excited I’m also very nervous

Answer: How common are allergies to Botox in the frown lines??
First of all, your profile photos are stunningly attractive. Asymmetry is normal for everyone. Most of these non surgical procedures are temporary and you will have to do them over and over again. Have an in-person consultation with an excellent plastic surgeon and discuss...
Good morning. If it only has been 3 days, I would wait at least 7 days before re-evaluating how you feel. Botox takes 4-7 days to really start working. So, be a bit more patient. Good luck.
If you have no muscle movement in the area where you have static lines then additional Botox will not have any further effect. You may consider improving the lines with filler. You can also look into microneedling, lasers, or chemical peels.
