Can Botox injections in my face cause pain in my arm?

The Botox injection should not have caused your arm pain. They are unrelated. You need to follow up with your primary care Dr  for a evaluation. 

I cannot think of any way that Botox injections in the face could cause pain in the arm.  I would recommend searching for other causes of the arm pain.

No, the arm pain is not related to botox injected into your face.  Zero chance on that.  Just talk to your regular doctor about that.

Any initiated pain in your arm must be evaluated by a primary care or cardiologist sooner than later. The fear and pain of the minor Botox injections might have initiated an emotional response that could indicate other more serious medical issues going on. 

I don't believe that the pain in the arm is caused by your Botox treatment to the face. You need to be evaluated by a neurologist or at least your primary care physician, unless there was some kind of a mild injury associated with it. Good luck from New York City

The pain in your arm is almost certainly not related to the Botox injection. If the pain persists, I would consult with your primary physician.

Thank you for your question.  Side effects related to botox injections are usually related to the area injected such as bruising, and minimal pain.  If you developed pain in your arm around the same time as your injection, it is most likely a coincidence, and not related to botox.  If the pain persists, please seek medical attention.
