Can I continue to breastfeed after butt implants with fat transfer?

I'm breastfeeding my 5 month old now and will be getting butt implants with fat transfer in 2 months. I'd love to continue nursing. I'm ok with pumping and dumping for as long as I need to in order to maintain my supply. When would be a safe time to wait before I nurse her at my breast? My ps said that we will ask the one performing my anesthesia. I would prefer to know in advance to know how much breastmilk to have prepared in my freezer for her. Also, will nursing affect my results?
