What has happened to my skin? Do I have a fungal infection? (Photo)

Skincare guest
I had co2 laser back in may 2016, I only wanted it done only to help my deep scars on my forehead and nose but the dermatologist insisted that I get it done to my whole face. After the treatment my face has turned super sensitive, dry irritated, coated in small pin like bumps and cysts. It has never been this bad. He prescribed me trention cream which burned and minocycline pills which both of these made my skin worse. I've tried other acne products but only sulfer doesn't seem to irritate my skin as bad.
