You appear to have an acne flare up here, and in order to get proper treatment your dermatologist should evaluate you in person.  He will likely try different topical agents to get you better from here.  If you do not feel you are getting better, it is far enough out from the procedure that a consultation with a different dermatologist may be helpful.  Good luck.

CO2 laser resurfacing is an outstanding treatment that can address multiple
aspects of aging in a single treatment. Acne is a common concern and can start in adulthood. Treatments include retinoids and antibiotics.
