I had a CO2 laser done 4 weeks ago. I am really trying to figure out how to get rid of the waxy feeling?

I hate this waxy feeling that all of a sudden appeared on my face after a co2. It came around 2.5 weeks post. Can I get rid of this feeling and look...I can't stand this feeling and I can't wear any makeup because it makes it worse...

Settings are adjusted to the individual. I recommend following up with your Dr. about any concerns you may have about settings. Keep in mind that Co2 works best in combination with other treatments like microneedling/prp and Sculptra. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Most peeling is limited to the areas treated. I would surmise that perhaps you have some sensitivity to topical creams being used on the face and applied with your hands. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles

Thanks for your query. Co2 fractional laser comes with a downtime. After your scabs heal and your skin is rejuvenated you can go out in sun but with a good spf. A good sunscreen is mandatory after any procedure to prevent sun damage. There is never 0 chance of pigmentation in sun without...

Thanks for your query. If you want the best result on lip lines, I would say filler , but if you want to chose amongst the two then plexr v co2 would be a better option. It works on giving microinjury to the skin thus increasing the collagen formation and makes the wrinkles look better. Hope it...

Thanks for your query. It is absolutely okay to get scabbing after co2 that is infact a good sign of the results. It should scab and start healing 3rd day onwards but if is still bleeding on touching then you should go to your treating doctor and check it once. The downtime post co2 laser varies...
