Also what price could I expect if I were to remove them all at once? Note: This is for cosmetic reasons. The mole on my jawline is slightly raised while the rest are flat. I have had the two largest moles for 15 years (one on jaw and other above lips) and the others for around 8 years (I'm 19).

We often will use a device called a hyfrecator to "erase" these types of flat moles. You'll get a pink area for each spot and then they'll slowly improve over time.The raised ones may require surgery, but probably they can be easily "erased" or changed into a less visible mark.  Trust your face to a facial surgeon. That's the key.

Looking at the photo, I would suggest that you find a board certified dermatologist who specializes in shave removal for moles like yours.  I feel you will get an excellent result.   You will have to discuss the cost with him or her, however, as some of these might qualify for insurance coverage.
