Also what price could I expect if I were to remove them all at once? Note: This is for cosmetic reasons. The mole on my jawline is slightly raised while the rest are flat. I have had the two largest moles for 15 years (one on jaw and other above lips) and the others for around 8 years (I'm 19).

Thank you for your question. Yes, it is possible to remove moles from the penis and the technique would be the same as mole removal from any other part of the body. The skin on that areas is thin, so care needs to be taken. Your surgeon could either shave the mole off or excise it.
I have no idea what was in the cream that you used, but obviously, it has caused a problem. I do not recommend using ANY mole removal cream. You might be messing up a skin cancer rather than a mole.Please see a dermatologist about your problem and don't use that cream again.
