We often will use a device called a hyfrecator to "erase" these types of flat moles. You'll get a pink area for each spot and then they'll slowly improve over time.The raised ones may require surgery, but probably they can be easily "erased" or changed into a less visible mark.  Trust your face to a facial surgeon. Looking at the photo, I would suggest that you find a board certified dermatologist who specializes in shave removal for moles like yours.  I feel you will get an excellent result.   You will have to discuss the cost with him or her, however, as some of these might qualify for insurance coverage.
