Thank you for your question and helpful photo. The separation does not require re-suturing. It will need to heal on its own. In the meantime, you will need to care for it until it fully closes. You will be surprised at how well it heals after a few months. If after 6 months or so, you are not happy with the scar, it may be revised at that time.
