Hello! 1. I tried to take topical finasteride (liposomal 0.25%) and it gave me side effects. The first time I took pills that also gave me side effects. My doctor suggested me to do mesotherapy with Dutasteride My question is if topical finasteride gave me side effects mesotherapy with Dutasteride will surely give me side effects? However, it is difficult to know if the side effects will happen or not. Regarding topical estradiol, I wouldn't recommend a man to use topical estradiol if not necessary. There is still another alternative like oral minoxidil.
