Hello. In 2022, I had my first procedure at this clinic using the FUE method — my experience was extremely positive, and the result was very good. In 2022, I decided to improve the result and returned to the clinic again. They told me that the second procedure would be done free of charge, as the first one, in their opinion, did not provide the maximum effect. I only paid a small amount because the new procedure was performed using their updated HDI technique. Only 18 days have passed, but I can already say that the second operation went noticeably easier, almost without any pain, and the result, in my opinion, is even better. The team was very attentive and kind. I forgot to buy the hair products that were offered to me on-site. Later, when I needed to purchase them through a friend, the clinic staff were extremely helpful — at eight in the evening, outside of working hours, they found someone who could hand everything over to my friend. I am sincerely grateful to the medical team and the entire supporting staff. Thank you very much.
