Very happy with my experience at the clinic. From the first consultation to the actual procedure, I felt safe and well taken care of. The staff were professional but also very friendly and down to earth, which made me relax more. The hair transplant itself went better than I expected. A bit uncomfortable at times of course, but not as bad as I had imagined beforehand. I also got good information both before and after, so I knew what to expect. The clinic feels serious and they actually take their time with you, not just rushing you through everything. I really appreciated that. The results are also looking very promising so far, even though it’s still early. Overall a very positive experience, and I don’t regret doing it.

I was honestly very sceptical before the procedure, but Dr. Ahmedov made me feel more relaxed. He explained the plan clearly and answered my questions without making me feel rushed. The procedure itself was mostly done by technicians but Dr. Ahmedov stopped by a couple of times to see if everything went as planned. It’s still early in my recovery so I can’t comment on the final result yet, but so far everything has gone as explained. Overall, I felt I was in safe hands.

Overall it is a long process that takes patience but dr Ahmedov Gave the best advise and made me feel like he knew what he was on about, Fingers crossed this third surgery will go to plan. Hello. In 2022, I had my first procedure at this clinic using the FUE method — my experience was extremely positive, and the result was very good. In 2022, I decided to improve the result and returned to the clinic again. They told me that the second procedure would be done free of charge, as the first one, in their opinion, did not provide the maximum effect. I only paid a small amount because the new procedure was performed using their updated HDI technique. Only 18 days have passed, but I can already say that the second operation went noticeably easier, almost without any pain, and the result, in my opinion, is even better. The team was very attentive and kind. I forgot to buy the hair products that were offered to me on-site. Later, when I needed to purchase them through a friend, the clinic staff were extremely helpful — at eight in the evening, outside of working hours, they found someone who could hand everything over to my friend. I am sincerely grateful to the medical team and the entire supporting staff. Thank you very much.
