I was really hoping he would be my main doctor, and luckily, he was. I had heard wonderful reviews from friends who had undergone the procedure under his care, and I can confidently say he did not disappoint. A special mention must go to Zeynep, who has been instrumental in the post-operative phase, consistently answering messages and putting my mind at ease during the critical 10–14 day recovery period. Expert Logistics and Transfer A minor travel hiccup arose when I missed an internal connecting flight on my way to Turkey. Straight onto WhatsApp, the team sorted everything out for me immediately, brilliantly demonstrating their commitment to smooth logistics. My driver, Fatih Sengur, provided truly personalised service. Although he spoke very little English, he made every effort to ensure my comfort by using a translator app to answer my questions during the transfer to the hotel. I stayed at the Selectum City Ata?ehir, which was a perfectly decent five-star hotel. Breakfast was adequate, and the general arrangement worked really well as a comfortable base for the trip. Clinic Environment and Staff Support The atmosphere at the clinic was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and supportive, clearly aware of the nervous and anxious nature of this type of visit. The process was very smooth, including a complimentary lunch. Be prepared for quite a bit of easy-to-understand paperwork, but the staff helps guide you through it efficiently. The Procedure and Dr. Firdavs Ahmedov My procedure was performed by Dr. Firdavs Ahmedov, who was brilliant. He was warm, supportive, and demonstrated high confidence, mirroring the professionalism seen in the clinic's informational videos. Whilst I have not yet seen the final results, the overall experience, considering the nature of the procedure, was outstanding. Overall the entire professional option was a smooth operation characterised by great communication, prompt responses, and excellent, friendly, and helpful staff.
