Extremely Disappointed – Elithair Clinic Failed Me Completely. I paid €4,000 for my hair transplant at Elithair clinic, trusting their promises, reputation, and so-called 30-year guarantee. Unfortunately, that guarantee is just a word with no real value. I rarely write negative reviews, but after my experience with Elithair Clinic, I feel it’s necessary to speak out and warn others. Before my hair transplant surgery, I expressed my concerns multiple times—specifically about the hairline they marked. I told both the coordinator and the doctor (a man and a woman) that I was not happy with the design. I repeated my concerns at least three times before the operation, but they simply told me, “Don’t worry, it will look fine after 6 months.” Unfortunately, they were wrong—and now, I’m left with a hairline I never wanted and results that look unnatural even after one full year. Elithair Clinic claims to offer a 30-year guarantee, but in reality, it’s just a marketing gimmick. When I reached out to report my unsatisfactory results, they refused to take responsibility. Instead of correcting the issue as part of their so-called "guarantee," they asked me to pay another €1,300 for a second surgery—after already failing the first time. Do they think we find money on the street? I’ve given them multiple chances to resolve this issue, both before and after the surgery. Their customer service is slow and unhelpful, and they clearly don’t care once they’ve taken your money. If they don’t solve my problem within the next month, I will report this case to the police and file a formal complaint against their clinic. I swear I will not let this go until they solve my problem. From my side, I will also make sure others know the truth. Expect to see daily negative reviews from me, because people deserve to hear what’s really going on behind their polished Instagram ads and influencer posts. I absolutely do not recommend Elithair clinic. If they can ignore repeated warnings from a patient and still ruin the outcome, then try to charge again for a correction—that says everything about their values and professionalism. Regards Barakzai
My temple areas and my thining hairline was the problem. I begun searching for a HT in tuerkey one year ago. I decided to contac Dr. Balwi in Istanbul. It was always a friendly Communication between his Office, mr. Serdar Öztürk and me. So on 23.12.2016 I had my HT in one of the best and new clinics in Istanbul. Updated on 16 Jan 2017: My english is not the best, so i'll not write a long or detailed story about my journey. For everyone in this community who is looking for a HT - don't wait, don't worry about the procedure. Of course it,s a new expirience but in year 2016/2017 it's not a problem anymore to get trough a beauty surgery as a male. I think it's nearly quit normal if you're fighting a littlebit against your age :-) Updated on 16 Jan 2017: Ok, now just a littlebit about my trip. I booked 2500 grafts at doctor Balwi. It's including the complete surgery, after care produkts, 2 nights in a brand new hotel with breakfast and they are picking you up from the airport and also bringing you back. Further they've got a shuttle taxi for the way clinic to hotel or hotel to clinic. Further I booked a flight with turkish airlines. ... total costs : 2000 Euro. Here are some pics of the hotel and the clinic in Istanbul/Esenyurt Updated on 17 Jan 2017: When I arrived in Istanbul they brought me to the clinic to do a bloed test. That took about 5 min. After that i had my check-in at the hotel. The next morning they picked me at 8:30 am up. In the clinic I first had a consultation with Doctor Balwi. He was friendly and answered all my questions. Very important for me was, that also a friendly woman spoke german - so she translated everything ! After drawing my hairline that is exaktly as my old natural hairline, the procedure begun. Guys, don't worry about the injections ! That was the most thing I worried about. But it's no problem at all - just be relaxed ! Then they took 2500 grafts, and without a break they open the slits in the front. After putting in half of the grafts i took lunch for 10 minutes. After approximately 5,5 hours the procedure was finished. At this time my bloedpressure wasn't fine at all. So I decided to lay down on a sofa for half an hour. They gave me ayran with salt and I quickly got better. Doctor Balwi had a look of the work and said that everything is fine. After that they brought me to the hotel. The strange thing is, that i had no really pain at the donor and the recipient area but a very big and bad headache. So I decided to take a high dosis of pain killers, tried to sleep a few a hours. That's the best you can do, cause after 4 hours I woke up and felt already much better, went downstairs to the restaurant - I was sooo hungry ! Updated on 17 Jan 2017: The next morning they removed the bandage, told me how to use the products. Yes, that's all ! At 12 am they brought me to the airport and i took my flight home with an very special hat on my head :-) . Updated on 17 Jan 2017: Sorry, i couldn't post some pics from the hotel. So I'll try it again and hope the system will work ! ................................................................................................ Updated on 20 Jan 2017: Aftercare products given from the clinic, also antibiotics for 1 week. H2 Ocean and luvus cream helped me to solve the redness in the donor area. H2 o and luvus are not given by the clinic !!! I would recommend them !!! ......................... Updated on 21 Jan 2017: Week 3 ................................................................................................................................................................................................. Updated on 21 Jan 2017: 3,5 weeks ..... after first haircut ....... it's time to start with work again. No, it's not my favorite haircut but it's better than beeing completely bald after a hairtransplant. No one at work noticed that I had a hairtransplant. Believe - really no one !!!! My donor area is healing well, and the front is even healing fine. Not really much of the new hair is gone. But it's no problem at all if they will .... it belongs to the progress and new hair will hopefully begin to grow in 2 or three month. I won't update every few days 'cause I 've got a lot to do at work. Updated on 23 Mar 2017: Now I'm nearly the 3 month mark. Yes, it's day by day harder - the time without new hair is killing me. I hope hair will grow very very soon. There are still a lot of short hairs in the recipient area. I guess that i didnt had a bad Shock loss ! Some of the nativ hair are back but the horror is that i'm still in a bad shedding phase. It startet at week 8. They say that it is a normal thing that nativ hair can fall out entire the scalp After a hairtransplant. They call it telogen effluvium and can last for a few month before that hair is growing back. The stress of the surgery can trigger it. My donor area is growing nicely and there is still no redness anymore. I hope that i've got enough grafts for maybe a Second HT. Further i notice that i've got more grey hair than before. But it seems that this is a phenomen after ht, and still nobody knows why it can happen. But thats no Problem at all for me cause i'm not at the age of 20 anymore. Hoping the shedding will stop soon and all of the lost hair will grow back. Some say the transplantet hair begins to grow at 3 month mark or later at month 4. We'll see what will happen. At this point i'm not really happy - Time will tell! Updated on 24 Apr 2017: A littlebit hair is growing, this are good news. But my nativ hair is still shedding than normal. Hoping it will stop soon and my old hair will grow back. I'm still taking the drug finasterid. They say with that nativ hair will grow back. Still there is a long time to wait. Updated on 8 Jun 2017: Hello, here we are in month 5 .....
