Best option for deep smile lines (nasiolobal folds)? Age 24. (Photo)

Question

I have these lines at either side of my mouth. I think it may be from repetitive face movements (of smiling big) as I try to look after my skin as best I can in every other way. I'm 24 and researching best ways for a solution to reduce these lines. I'm thinking dermal fillers? My question is if you would recommend getting fillers at this age and if there is any negative side effects? Or what other solution may help. Thank you.

Nose to mouth and mouth to jaw (Marionette) lines can start forming early on and develop into deep lines making the face look like it is sagging and form jowls lower down the face. With dermal fillers, you can reduce these lines significantly giving you a smoother, lifted look.

Hyaluronic Acid filler will help fill the lines and prevent further damages. This will last between 6-18months depending on product use.
A good skin care product is also important (SPF is very important. Anti-ageing- ZO or Skinceutical products may help).
