Is it okay to get fillers while having iron tablets for anemia?

It would be fine to have any injectable filler while taking iron tablets for anemia.  The iron will not interact with the filler and not affect your result.

Yes it is okay to have fillers injected while on iron and I would actually encourage it versus not taking iron. Many people with iron deficiency anemia tend to bruise easily so replacing that iron is encouraged.  Always talk to your injector before your procedure to discuss your medical history, medications you are taking and any concerns you may have. 

Yes, you can get have injectable procedures done such as Botox and/or Fillers when you're on iron supplementation, or other vitamin supplementation.
