You may want to try a chin filler to enhance your chin and elongate your profile. It's hard&nbsp;to tell what you need with the pictures posted.

Its difficult to see exactly what you mean in the picture&nbsp;but &nbsp;I&nbsp;feel you have a good nose as other people have said to you.&nbsp;
The only 2 options i know is surgery or non surgical which will involve fillers.&nbsp;
As of now I&nbsp;have no other option and don't think you can remove your flesh as stated.&nbsp;

It's never really affected my confidence until the past year and it bothers me more when I see a picture of it. People close to me say they don't see the imperfection. But for some reason photographs make it look SO much worse. I don't need surgery, I've been to see a fantastic surgeon and he told me this. Ive looked into cosmetic filler but don't want to add more to my nose. Is there anything else I can do just to get rid of the excess skin on one side of my nose?

I have these lines at either side of my mouth. I think it may be from repetitive face movements (of smiling big) as I try to look after my skin as best I can in every other way. I'm 24 and researching best ways for a solution to reduce these lines. I'm thinking dermal fillers? My question is if you would recommend getting fillers at this age and if there is any negative side effects? Or what other solution may help. Thank you.

Unsure how long you have had your lip done, however if this is over 2 weeks you need to contact your injector for further advise (Do you smoke? this may make things worse and cause the filler to gravitate to another area if the product is not stable).&nbsp;
If over 2 weeks you injector should be able to correct this or refer you to another practitioner who may help you.

Hello, I was looking for some advice pretty please ...as to what to have done. I was going to start with the forehead and brow area (Botox). The main area the bugs me though is under the eye I have strongs creases especially when I smile ... I had a consultations before and they said a PDO thread? If that’s true could I have this in my forehead too instead of Botox (kill two birds with one stone?) Anything else I could do for a natural enhancement? Thank you kindly :-)
