I previously posted i had Buccal Fat reduction . My lower face is now very gaunt and angular , smaller than my upper face. in addition my smile which used to frame my face is flat ( the muscles don't seem to be supported anymore)now 3 months post Op swelling all gone.I am not in a position to get fat transfer due to downtime until next February at earliest, so i was wondering what filler is best for look( not weighty) and moment (so it can support my muscles around my mouth and return my smile?

The cheeks can be improved with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra. Fat or implants are alternatives. Cost will vary. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Sculptra is an amazing product to assist with filling the buccal hollows.  It can be placed with minimal downtime, and can last up to two years.

This is a problem with buccal fat removal especially when too much fat is removed. Sculptra is probably the best filler for correcting the volume loss in this part of the face.
