Is my belly button too high? (Photo)

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  Though a belly button is not "moved" during a tummy tuck procedure if its stalk is long it can be placed in a different position on the stomach as it comes through the skin.  Belly buttons should be at the level of a woman's upper hip bones and yours does seem a little high.  As your swelling from surgery improves you may see the belly button drop a little but if it does not, the only attempts at improvement would require surgery and an additional scar.  Hope this helps.

Your native umbilicus remains attached to the abdominal wall during a customary abdominoplasty. It does not move as a consequence of the procedure. From the photographs it looks like you have nothing to worry about.

It appears your belly button may be a bit high but it would be interesting to look at your before photo.  We are all shaped differently.  During most tummy tucks the belly button is detached from your skin but not from your abdomen.  Although plastic surgeons can influence the site of the belly button slightly depending on the length of the stalk, we usually cannot move it drastically.
