A bladder sling can be done at the same time with a tummy tuck and the two procedures do not interfere with each other.
There are different ways of doing a bladder sling. A common method is A TVT (trans vaginal tape). This would not interfere with a tummy tuck. To be safe I would discuss with your Gynaecologist and plastic surgeon. Best wishes.
