Do I need to do revise my nose job and is the pus ever going away? (Photos)

Thank you for your question.  Its impossible to tell from photos alone and your description if there is an infection that will need further medical attention. While infection after rhinoplasty is quite rare, it does occur and the cartilage from the rib graft is not as vascularized as the rest of the soft tissue of your nose meaning that it cannot fight off infection as easily and if there is infection in the rib graft, antibiotics don't get delivered as well to it.  It will be important for you to follow up with your surgeon in person so that he can examine you and determine if there is a problem that needs to be treated. After this is treated, then worry about the cosmetic outcome (I can't give you any meaningful advice based on the limited view in the photos).

Thank you for your question. I would recommend following up in person with your surgeon so that he or she can examine you and determine the best course of action. Your surgeon may clean the inside of the nose, take a culture if there is pus and provide you with a treatment plan if there is concern for an infection.  It is very important to treat an infection after rhinoplasty to prevent any future complications. Drainage from the nose following rhinoplasty is normal and usually consists of mucus and blood crusts. However, the character of purulence is somewhat different. It may be foul smelling or discolored. You may be experiencing increasing pain, increasing redness, increasing drainage, increasing swelling, or fever.
There is no way to assess and / or treat a postoperative rhinoplasty infection online. 
I strongly recommend you maintain extremely close followup care with your plastic surgeon.
