I would love to get some opinions on the best nonsurgical option to lift/tighten my chin, neck and jowls. I've obtained a few quotes for a facelift or chin lift and it's not affordable at the moment. I've had ultherapy, exilis, cavitation and RF performed in the last few years and it only lasts a few months and I'm back to this. Help! Thank you for your time.

Answer: Non-surgical treatment for chin and jowls and neck Hello, and thank you for your question. How many sessions of RF have you had? It usually requires at least 3 treatments to see good lasting results. This can be done on all 3 areas of concern. If RF was not right for you or you were not happy with the results, dermal filler and neurotoxin can be a great option to help with your areas of concern. Filler can be placed in the chin and jawline to help provide structure, which can help to minimize jowls and submental fullness. Chin and jawline usually require several syringes of filler to see a good result you would be happy about. You can also place filler in neck lines to help appear more smooth. Additionally, neurotoxin in the lower face is a great option to help tighten up the jaw and neck. We have many muscle that “pull down” which worsens sagging in those areas, so by adding neurotoxin it can help “lift”. Would recommend seeing a practitioner for a consult to see which option would be a good fit for you.

Answer: Tighten unwanted loose skin by doing morpheus8 Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Neck Sagging/Fat - VASERlipo, FaceTite/AccuTite, Morpheus8/Fractora, Neck Lift/Platysmaplasty; Kybella, Thermage, Ultherapy "For a double chin, InMode FaceTite with VASERlipo would give you the best result. With significant neck sagging you would need a facelift / neck lift with muscle tightening (platysmaplasty). At the same time, I would recommend lasers (Fraxel, CO2, Halo, or Erbium) and microneedling RF (Fractora, Morpheus8, PiXel8, Intensif) to improve the crepey skin and wrinkles. Overall, the neck can be treated with a combination approach: 1. Microneedling and laser treatments for texture 2. Botox, Dysport, Xeomin or Jeuveau to help platysmal bands 3. Intensif, Fractora, PiXel8, or Morpheus8 microneedling RF for crepey skin and lifting 4. Injectable fillers like Belotero, Restylane Silk, Versa, and Juvederm Volbella to improve lines and folds 5. Face/neck lifting if sagging is prominent or premature, with or without platysmaplasty (muscle tightening) 6. Renuvion (J-Plasma), ThermiRF, and InMode FaceTite/AccuTite for internal tightening 7. Ultherapy and Thermage for external tightening 8. Regular Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra, or InMode Forma treatments with facials to maintain tightness 9. PDO NovaThreads or Silhouette InstaLift cone threads for lifting and long-term collagen production See an expert for a formal evaluation and to develop a personalized treatment plan based on your individual situation and goals. Answer: Facetite Hello and thank you for your question! In order to get the results that you are looking for there is a procedure called Facetite. It is noninvasive and 70% comparable to a facelift and a lot cheaper than going under the knife, with minimal down time. Facetite will provide dramatic improvement in skin laxity on the face, chin, jowls and neck, which was previously only attainable through a surgical procedure such as a facelift. It utilizes minimally invasive radiofrequency energy to melt fat and contour skin. As for this treatment, it is typically no more than $5,000. There is a finance option such a Care Credit that allows 24 months interest free. Hope you have a great day! Can't wait to see what you decide!
