Hi @joyonetwo. Thank you for sharing your photo. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are options for you that can be determined after examination. Best of luck,Dr. Nima
Thank you for your question and photo. Depending on the surgery you had and how long ago it was performed, you may still be in the recovery phase. Results from rhinoplasty can take up to a year to be fully visible as the nose can continue to shift during this period. If you still find your rhinoplasty results unsatisfactory after this recovery phase, you may be a candidate for a rhinoplasty revision surgery. This procedure can lower an upturned tip and bring the nose in balance with the other facial features. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can assess your medical history and any cosmetic concerns you have.
Your nose is extremely short (upturned). Revision would require adding a lot of cartilage and almost certainly Woukd require a rib graft, but should be highly successful. Consult with a surgeon experienced in revision rhinoplasty.
Good Evening! It really depends on how much it bothers you. For females, the average angle of rotation is 95-105 degrees. Too upturned may appear "piggy" or operated with excessive nostril show. Revision surgery will attempt to derotate your nose if you chose to proceed. If the skin is tight and you're thinking about a revision, you may want to stretch the skin to give the best chance of achieving better rotation. Visit with a facial plastic surgeon who performs rhinoplasty regularly to learn more. Hope this helps!

Hello, It is possible to have a limited revision surgery to correct the nasal tip( tip plasty). The surgery can focus on the nasal tip only, therefore it will not be as extensive as your primary rhinoplasty
