Hi! So I can tell one side of my face is like kinda sunken in, but I can also tell that the jaw is narrower on the left and the right is full and I have more of a jaw. I basically don’t have one on the left? What would I need or correct this issue!! I also need a wider palate I think for the left side, just narrow. My teeth are smaller on that side than the right.

Implants are placed by creating a pocket and sliding the implant into that pocket over the desired area of augmentation.

You do appear to have volume loss of the anterior maxilla creating a negative vector with respect to your cornea. Cheek implants would be beneficial in this situation. This should also help to decrease the deepening nasolabial folds by suspending this tissue.
