Would I need a cheek implant or jaw surgery? (Photo)

Hi! So I can tell one side of my face is like kinda sunken in, but I can also tell that the jaw is narrower on the left and the right is full and I have more of a jaw. I basically don’t have one on the left? What would I need or correct this issue!! I also need a wider palate I think for the left side, just narrow. My teeth are smaller on that side than the right.

You do appear to have volume loss of the anterior maxilla creating a negative vector with respect to your cornea. Cheek implants would be beneficial in this situation. This should also help to decrease the deepening nasolabial folds by suspending this tissue.

It is very likely, based onthese photos, that ,alar uagentation with implants would isprove your apperance. In person consultation with a baord certified plastic surgeon with expertise in cheek augmentation, is recommended. Good luck.
