I am considering Breast Augmentation, and after extensive research narrowed down my selection to silicone implants of a cc size of either 375 or 380. I have 2 doctors which I am comfortable with, and both have a history of good results. Basically only difference is one deals exclusively in Motiva implants, the other prefers Mentor. Any advice from doctors, or patients who have done the research on both or can recommend one or the other would be good. FDA in USA has not approved motiva, I unders

There is a slight difference, but not one that most non-surgeons would notice. You may have a smaller pocket on the firmer side. Accolate and external ultrasounds might be helpful to soften it some.
Because of the weight of your large implants, they have bottomed out some. This size is a little too large and heavy for your tissue. Do wear a good supporting bra during the day.
