Is there a big difference in the mentor boost implants compared to the mentor Xtra high profile implants?

I am 37 and have had 2 children. I breastfed my youngest who is now 12. I had a D cup and after babies and weight fluctuations over the years i am completely deflated. I do have a lot of breast tissue. I want larger, round breasts with a lot of upper fullness. Do you think there is a big difference in the mentor boost implants compared to the mentor Xtra high profile implants?
