Will it look too fake if I get 450cc mentor round implants? (Photos)

Question

I was originally a A/B cup and got 340cc implants. I wanted to get better and fuller but nothing too big or too fake and I’m nervous these will look gigantic. Please give me your thoughts!!! The surgeon did not want to see any wish pics so I couldn’t show him what I ideally wanted and made me check the implants holding them but I found it impossible to get any vision by doing this

You appear to have pretty and proportionate breasts. "Fake" or "unnatural" is in the eye of the beholder, but being larger than you are presently certainly puts you at risk of looking fake. It is indeed surprising that your surgeon chose not to view your wish photos, but you are advised to seek another opinion and choose a plastic surgeon whose aesthetics seem to align with your own. You look absolutely great. It’s fine to go up to 450 if you want. I don’t think it’s going to be ridiculous at all. But you look perfect now. Why spend more money snd look for trouble. Leave them alone

What you have now looks nice on you and fits your frame well. However, you have some bottoming out with this set, and I don't recommend going any larger. Your tissue will not be able to support more weight unless an internal bra with mesh is done.
