I had implants almost 2 years ago which stretched out my areola. A few months later I had an areola reduction donut style. I then fell pregnant not long after and now my areola is even bigger and the border looks puckered / stretched / scattered freckles style. I would like to improve how they look. A surgery would be difficult now as I have a 6 month old baby. I wanted to know if creams, peels or laser might work in the meantime. For the outer border to make it look more graceful

The simple answer is that donut mastopexies simply don't work.  Because of the radial tension around the areola, they tend to stretch with time.

To fix your areola, surgery would be the best answer.

But if you would like a non-surgical solution, I would recommend a combination of BBL laser treatments (to remove some of the peripheral pigment) and MOXIE laser treatments (to help soften the scarring).  This is not going to reduce the diameter but it can help blend the outer rim of the areola with the surrounding skin.

You can certainly have a periareolar mastopexy or full mastopexy which will reduce the diameter of your areolas
