Should I have an areola reduction with pocket revision? (Photo)
12 months ago I had my 12 year old breast implants replaced after having children, and moved from over to under as Inhad bad rippling. We discussed a lift but we decided not to do that at this stage (im in mid 30,s and not too bothered about the position of them). I’m having a pocket revision on my right due to it being a bit loose and consdierong a areola reduction at the same time. For 2 reasons, i hate my nipples (they have stretched so much after breastfeeding) and because I think it might help remove a little bit of the loose skin on my breasts to just tighten things up slightly. My surgeon has been very honest about this procedure and said results arent guaranteed and it can be unpredictable. Should I avoid it or is it worth a risk? I now have very thin tissue, however do have excess skin so wodnering whether this would make them less likely to stretch back out. I just cant decide if it’s worth the risk. And im not doing a lollip lift. Any advice very much appreciated. Thanks
