Seroma after hair transplant (Photo)

Hi after 15 months, at the hairline, there is still big swallow but this swallow is under the skin and cannot be seen, but i always feel it and when i tried to touch it, it irretated quickly and painful recently it is become so red like an injury under the skin Can this be seroma or this is ridging? And what is the treatment ? My doctor run from his responsibiliy and said he does not know and he is (ishrs/ eshrs)

It is not typical or a requirement to use minoxidil on the recipient area.  If your doctor recommended this it is best to discuss the treatment with your doctor.

I prefer nano fat grafting (also known as micronized fat) for scar therapy.  This invloves the removal of fat from the hip, filtration to a very thin substance, then injection with a fine needle directly into the dermis to introduce stem cells for remodeling.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.   If your doctor said "fine" it should be "fine" since your doctor knows you better than strangers on the Internet.

Transplanted hair may grow without shedding but this is rare.  Everyone is different and every surgery is different.  How fast or slow your transplanted hair grows vary.

It can take 6 to 12 months after surgery to see results.  There isn't much you can you do other than wait at this point.
