How can I remove my spots or dark spots on my face? I'm 31 years old. (photos)

To reduce the appearance of hyper-pigmentation, I recommend multiple microneedling sessions and VI Peel Precision Plus.  These sessions can be done four to six weeks apart.  With strict usage of mineral based sunscreen such as Elizabeth Arden Rx Triple Protection Factor Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 50+.Since these pigmented lesions seemed to have appeared from acne scars the VI Peel Precision Plus peels will help keep acne away.Hope this helps.  Good luck.

Hi there, I would strongly recommend that you do the IntraCel this is a radiofrequency device that incorporates micro-needling and should help you significantly.  You must wear sunblock with a SPF with 30 or above, every day.
