how can i remove the dark spots of my face? is the chemical peeling right treatment for my chickenpox?

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to decide whether early subcision should be started.

Hi thanks for your enquiry.To  begin with  it is recommended to use topical depigmenting creams for a short period of 2 weeks  prior to chemical peels .Then do go for chemical peel procedure which will help to lighten your pigmented marksThis has to be done in periodic sessions  according to your skin type to achieve optimal improvement.Absolute sun protection is a must during treatment Do consult a board certified dermatologist and plan your treatment .Good luck.

To reduce the appearance of hyper-pigmentation, I recommend multiple microneedling sessions and VI Peel Precision Plus.  These sessions can be done four to six weeks apart.  With strict usage of mineral based sunscreen such as Elizabeth Arden Rx Triple Protection Factor Broad Spectrum Sunscreen SPF 50+.Since these pigmented lesions seemed to have appeared from acne scars the VI Peel Precision Plus peels will help keep acne away.Hope this helps.  Good luck.

Hi there, I would strongly recommend that you do the IntraCel this is a radiofrequency device that incorporates micro-needling and should help you significantly.
