What kind of peel and what percentage would be good for sebaceous hyperplasia? Any other home treatment besides a peel? (Photo)

I'm a 40 year old woman and my dermatologist said I have sebaceous hyperplasia, enlarged pores and acne scars on my face and referred me somewhere else to get some peels because they don't have the right machine for the type of peel I need. I got an estimate of $3200 for the peels. I can't afford this. What really bother me the most are the large sebaceous hyperplasia bumps and would like to get rid of them.
