Answer: Peeling lips after lip injections It would be helpful to see a picture and to know what kind of filler was placed. You can have some dryness with peeling after hyaluronic acid injections. It is important to keep lips moisturizer and make sure you are adequately hydrated. Bruising and a little soreness is also normal. Excessive pain, redness, open wounds or ulceration a are not normal and can signify either an infection or accidental injection into a blood vessel. This does not sound like what you have. If there is a concern, please notify your provider. Moisturize the the lips and this should settle down. You can use Aquaphor or Vaseline or even a lip balm and this should do the trickAll the bestDr Soni
