It would be helpful to see a picture and to know what kind of filler was placed. You can have some dryness with peeling after hyaluronic acid injections. It is important to keep lips moisturizer and make sure you are adequately hydrated. Bruising and a little soreness is also normal. Excessive pain, redness, open wounds or ulceration a are not normal and can signify either an infection or accidental injection into a blood vessel. This does not sound like what you have.
