Im 3 wks post op from a tt and cant stand up straight at all Im so tight and bent over that people stop me in the street to ask if Im ok!! If I try to stand up straight my skin feels so tight I cant move What can I do are there any excercise I should be doing? Or should I just listen to my body and stay hunched over for now? I also find it hard to take deep breaths which sometimes panics me is this normal? My surgen said I had a 5cm gap he closed up with my mussle repair thank you for your help
