I asked many doctors without find solution The skin is always red and gives burning feeling once i walked for a while or after light sport or exposed to outdoor environment, The whole transplanted area become red and this is after one year, i do not have any skin disease in general and even my donor area is fine only the receipient area has this problem Any thoughts from your experience?

There's no issue with having an SMP and FUE procedure done on the same area, in any order, provided that you wait enough time in between for the skin to heal. Neither one permanently damages the skin or affects the future outcome of the other.
Yes this is very common to split an FUE procedure in half. Commonly at our clinic we will perform 1200-1600 grafts on day 1 and finish up a case 800 to 1200+ grafts depending on density and need. However, at our clinic we make sure not to decrease the density as to cause a "moth" eaten look...
