Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Hi there! For the bump, you can try a steroid injection to see if improvement can be made. Many times, this will permanently soften the scarring. If no improvement, then excision would be a good option. The oral mucosa tends to heal quite well if done correctly with suturing. I would seek evaluation with a facial plastic surgeon to evaluate the lesion more. Hope this helps!
