I have rippling due to fat loss, what are my options for breast implant replacement? (Photo)

I have got 425cc over the muscle implants. I have recently lost fat and now I have got rippling around my implants. It is something I am very self conscious of. Ideally I would like my implants to be changed to a smaller size, however I do not want to have the lollipop scar. What are my options? Prior to having these implants, I had under the muscle but they dropped and I ended up with the ‘ double’ boob. What would you suggest?
