breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Your only hope for getting some relief from rippling (and firm capsules, which it seems you have) is placing a smaller implant under the muscle. This might be most safely done as a 'first stage' procedure. You might be happy with the result, but your nipple areolar complexes will probably be low, and it is likely you'll need a breast lift as a second procedure.

Go with something a little smaller, tighten the lateral pocket internally, and place your implants behind the muscle. Avoid push ups and heavy lifting for 3 months.
