Dear lol12345678922Thanks for your question and sharing your photos. To answer your question one needs to know if you had any weight loss before TT. So if the excess in your flanks is fat only and if you have a good quality of skin a VASER/Liposuction procedure may help you.
If the excess is mainly skin, then other procedures such as belt lipectomy may be helpful. Of course you need to have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who would be able to examine your excess areas and advise you on the best procedure.I hope you find this explanation useful.

It seems like a good idea for you to simply go back to your plastic surgeon and have another exam specifically for this area. Depending on a number of things, you may be a candidate for further liposuction in this area, which would be a rather minimal operation and quick healing. I like to a about six months from the original surgery before doing any additional liposuction.

It is hard to tell for sure without an examination but you will probably get good results with liposuction. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

What you demonstrate is not uncommon.  I often perform liposuction at the same time as the tummy tuck to prevent it.  You can also get liposuction now in order to reduce it.  The liposuction can be performed under local anesthesia.  There may well be an additional fee.

A lot of male patients come across the same problem following an abdominoplasty. The solution to your problem may be some liposuction to the flanks area +/- a small skin excision. It is hard to make a decision based solely on one picture with clothes on, I would discuss my aesthetic goals with a surgeon an understand better the options available. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your concerns. Liposuction might easily remove the excess fat in the waist and hip areas. sometimes, your incision needs to be extended to pick up  any residual excess skin.
