I want to know if I'm developing fibrosis 2 weeks post op liposuction? (photo)

I had a liposuction two weeks ago and I wanted to know if my abdomen is developing fibrosis or those hard parts under my skin around my belly button are because of the swelling post lipo? What can I do to make my skin heel properly? I do use compresión garments since the day after my surgery and I start the lymphatic drainage with ultrasound massage this past Saturday. (10 days before surgery)

Liposuction of the thighs doesn't cause much swelling nor pain and is fairly easy to undergo under local and you can recover by yourself.  Although it is nice to have someone pamper you whenever possible.
