Can morpheus help reduce my nose size? (photos)

I saw a doctor abroad post pictures of a bulbous nose and then it got thinner after one morpheus treatment, could that e true? I was originally on accutane which made my nose contoured and smaller as all my pores shrank. But four months after stopping the treatment I noticed my nose coming back. What procedure would you perform on me that does not require surgery or fillers as I don’t want to go back in every 3 months or so
