Can morpheus help reduce my nose size? (photos)

Question

I saw a doctor abroad post pictures of a bulbous nose and then it got thinner after one morpheus treatment, could that e true? I was originally on accutane which made my nose contoured and smaller as all my pores shrank. But four months after stopping the treatment I noticed my nose coming back. What procedure would you perform on me that does not require surgery or fillers as I don’t want to go back in every 3 months or so

Hi there! Treating a bulbous tip can be tricky. Morpheus can work but I'm unsure that only one treatment would be sufficient. Additionally, with darker skin tones, we have to be careful with creating pigmentation issues with any device which creates heating. Steroid injections could be useful, though these often need to be repeated. Taping post steroid injection can encourage the skin to shrink-wrap down to the underlying structure. In the end, surgical intervention tends to be the most reliable and consistent way. Hope this helps.
