I know there is nothing that will give the results of a facelift but will the the morpheus 8 or Co 2 laser help with skin tightening in the lower face/jowl area? Which one would be better or is there another option that will work better if I’m not ready for a facelift. Thanks

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

I would highly recommend doing Morpheus 8 in your situation.  Possibly followed by CO2.  Morpheus 8 is what is going to tighten up the jowl and jawline area as well as tighten some of the laxity in the upper cheek and nasal labial fold area (laugh lines) from natural volume loss that occurs with time.  Morpheus 8 is going to improve overall texture, thickness and quality of your skin as well due to its mechanism that stimulates collagen production.   Morpheus 8 also has a shorter downtime associated with each treatment than the CO2 laser does.  The reason that I said, you may possibly want to do a CO2 laser after doing a full Morpheus treatment course is for further texture and color improvement if you have any discoloration or sun damage that needs to be addressed.

Morpheus vs. CO2 laser is a bit like apples and oranges. You want them both. Of course, the CO2 laser has a much longer down time of 2 weeks. Morpheus, however, has very little downtime. In fact, most people can go out and enjoy the results the night of treatment.
Looking at the photos you posted, I suggest you look into Facetite and Embrace if you're not ready for a facelift. These are InMode procedures, the same machine as the Morpheus, with a 4-day downtime. Make sure to find a surgeon that has a lot of experience with Facetite and Embrace.
