Can't stop vomiting after a rhinoplasty?

I'm a 20 year old woman and I consider myself underweight. 6 days ago I did a rhinoplasty and after the surgery I began to get nauseous all the time that I can't stop throwing up. I was wondering is this normal? Is it because of my weight?

I'm sorry you are vomiting after rhinoplasty.  This is not generally expected 6 days after rhinoplasty.  Go  see your doctor.

You should contact your doctor or go to an emergency room right away.  It definitely is not normal with any operation.  An in-person exam with a board-certified plastic surgeon is the best way to assess your needs and obtain expert medical advice. Best of luck!

Your symptoms are unlikely due to the surgery almost 1 week after your rhinoplasty. It may be due to the pain medication which has narcotic effects that might be causing the nausea. Please contact your surgeon and see your regular doctor.
