I am sorry to hear about your disappointment. Thanks for the photos. They really help with your description of the problem. So the good news is that you are only 2 months out from surgery. You still may be swollen. But instead of advising you to continue to hold on, I have a suggestion for you.Ask your surgeon if he did an osteotomy (breaking of the bones) of your nasal bones. If you had a nasal hump removed and an osteotomy wasn't done, your nose could look like this. This condition is called an "open roof deformity." The point of breaking the bones after removing the hump is to narrow the nose where the hump was removed. If an osteotomy wasn't done, it may have to be done to correct the problem you are having. So my advice is to have a discussion with your surgeon. If he did an osteotomy, you may need to wait a few months to let the swelling go down. If he didn't do an osteotomy, you may still have to wait a few months to have it done. Remember there is at least a 10% revision rate in rhinoplasty, because sometimes the nose doesn't quite heal the way we expect it to.Sorry about the disappointment. Have a frank discussion with your surgeon, so he can help guide you through this.Good Luck!
