I will be having accessory nipples by the armpit removed but I would like to know if this can affect me breastfeeding my kids later on. Will I not be able to produce milk if I get these accessory nipples removed?

Thank you for asking about treatment for your accessory (extra) nipples.
Accessory nipples are common but not easy to diagnose.
Your GP did well - congratulations to her.
Liquid nitrogen doesn't go deep enough to remove them.

Great questions and difficult reconstruction. Any breast surgery can effect your breast feeding. If breast feeding is critical to you then I would not have breast surgery. Additionally you may loose nipple sensation during the correction. Although not common it can happen and you should discuss...
At your age I would make sure you completely understand the risks involved in a surgery to the areolae. You could lose sensation and the ability to breast feed.
