What is the Procedure and Cost of a Polythelia Removal?

Accessory breast tissue and nipples are very common.  For many women (and men) they don't even realize that they have polythelia as the supernumerary nipple may look like a mole.  I would advise against any topical treatment and suggest you see a reputable plastic surgeon in your area.  If there is no extra breast tissue this can often be easily treated under local anaesthetic.  A few sutures would be required.  You would have a small scar in place of the nipple.  It would take 30 minutes to do both. I would expect both could be excised for $600-$1000.  This should include surgical and facility fees.
