I've had KPRF (Keratosis Pilaris Rubra Faciei) since childhood. Now in my 30s, rosy cheeks aren't cute anymore. I've had many successful V-beams that almost entirely reduced the red, and used retin-a and other topicals for texture. I've recently moved and went to the most reputable dermatologist for v-beams. After 4 treatments with minimal improvement, I think the settings are off. They are using rosacea settings 7mm, 10ms, 9.75 kJ. Should they be using acne settings with a lower pulse duration?
