Differences in nipple healing after anchor breast lift, 5 days post op. (photos)

ag4041
Im 5days postop, so I still have a lot of healing to do. Just wondering if its normal for nipples to heal at different rates. My R nipple (dominant side) looks to be healing fairly normal. There is some dry skin, but no swelling&starting today Ive had waves of tingling feeling (but still numb). My L nipple is slightly darker in color, swollen&numb with no waves of tingles. I’ve contacted my surgeon & he said he is not worried, but it is always nice to hear from other professionals.
