What is the difference between a regular bbl and a bbl 360?

What is the difference between a regular bbl and a bbl 360?

The difference is basically the length of the scar, in the extended tummy tuck the scar extends to the back of your body and with the 360 is all the way around to improve the contour of the trunk and proximal lower extremity in patients with skin redundancy and lipodystrophy. Liposuction is used as an adjunct to improve the results of excisional body contouring also is great to lift your buttocks.     There is no difference whatsoever as liposuction of the circumferential trunk is 360 degree liposuction.

Some plastic surgeons do completely circumferential liposuction when doing a BBL (that would be a BBL 360), but others instead do liposuction to the flanks/love handles and back (that would be a regular BBL). Both “360” and “regular” include the fat transfer to the butt. 

Everyone names them differently. A BBL 360 sounds a bit more "sexy" and "marketable".  Go with the surgeon who delivers great results!

There is no difference, it is just a name for marketing. During this procedure liposuction is performed to improve fat deposits and give you more volume and reshape the buttocks.
