Adding fillers to somebody's nose would only lead to a larger and easily appearance. On review of the picture you have a short, low, flat and wide nose that is the typical "Asian"  nose. By lifting the tip, creating a Supra tip, elevating and contouring the bridge all this easily accomplished with fillers, preferentially permanent fillers, you would see a nice improvement with a nose that would look significantly higher and thinner. This is a procedure that was popularized by a Brazilian surgeon many years ago and that we perform routinely with high patient satisfaction. 

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose, bridge and lift the tip.
