I am not aware of cases of blindness after temporary gel fillers that occur many days after a procedure. I do not think massage would be of benefit. If you have concerns, it is always best to bring them to the attention of your doctor.

The possibility of blindness after filler injection in the brow and nose area only can occur when injecting directly into a blood vessel that connects to the blood vessels that supply the retina. This is extremely rare and only can occur with poor understanding of how a filler should be placed. The use of needles is slowly being replaced by the use of small cannulas that with good technique eliminate this complication. If anybody experiences this complication it would likely occur within minutes of the filler injection. I do not see any possibility of you developing blindness and I doubt that your headache is related to the filler. Consult with your surgeon.

There is a small risk of blindness following filler treatments especially around the nose and forehead region. This occurs when filler enters an artery and then travel to the vessels at the back of the eye. This usually happens very soon following treatment. It is unusual to have this problem days after. Bruising can occur following filler treatments. This bruising is not a cause for blindness.
