Can PRP cause cancer?

i am 24 years old male. i have hair fall . my hair fall daily 70 or 80 . now i want to PRP. but some people saye that it is harmful. it can be cause of cancer like skin cancer or brain tumour. so i want to know is it really caused of cancer? help me to clear my curiousity
