Hairloss and hair thinning, PRP didn't work, what about derma rolling? (photo)

I am 21 years old. I was gradually losing the hair quantity and thickness on the vertex for the last 3 years.I consulted a doctor and did 6 prp sessions and used minoxidil,biotin and vitamin.But I got no benefit from prp and minoxidil. So what can I do now? Is there any other treatment I shoulder try?Now I've decided to use dermaroller along with minoxidil.when should I use minoxidil?Immediately after dermarolling or 24 hours after dermarolling?My dermaroller is 1mm.How often should I use it?

The research performed and the anecdotal evidence would suggest that 
thickness of hair and density can improve with PRP injections.  The 
number of sessions as well as the quality of PRP obtained will vary 
considerably physician to physician.

In in my opinion, dermarolling alone is helpful for male pattern hair loss. Combining it with Minoxidil will increase its effectiveness. I would not give up on the PRP quite yet. We have found good success when combining PRP with finasteride. Adding the Derma roller as well as the minoxidil and low level laser should provide additional benefit.PRPHAIRMD.com

The timing of your PRP injections is unclear.  You may not have reached full benefit of your treatment yet.  Dermarolling at home is good but microneedling plus PRP would be better and an additive to your PRP injections.  Amnion can be added to your PRP injections for a more potent treatment.  I also recommend Rogaine and a good hair vitamin and other supplements.  Have you had blood work done?

A dermaroller is an excellent way to increase penetration of Minoxidil.  You didn't mention medical treatment.  Have you tried oral therapy with Propecia or Avodart?
